M.A. SEAL (5 Year Integrated Programme)

M.A. SEAL is a five-year integrated and a multi-disciplinary intensive programme on Social & Economic Administration and Law. It is a Dual Degree Programme and this tailor-made Dual Degree is to synergize Pondicherry University and the University of Paris-1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in the fields of Social & Economic Management and Law, as per the M.O.U. signed on 1st April 2019. This programme is an interdisciplinary blend of Social Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Management, and Law. It further intends to bring together the students of India and Paris while strengthening and encouraging youth employment.This Integrated Programme in Social Sciences wherein the M.A. Integrated. SEAL will be the fourth stream, apart from the other three streams of Political Science, Sociology and History.

The students from Pondicherry University who opt for this Programme will spend the first two years in Pondicherry University, and the third year will be in the University of Paris-1. In the same manner, the Paris-1 AES students will spend the first two years in Paris-1, and the third year in Pondicherry University. If Exit Option is exercised at the end of the third year, they are eligible for DUAL DEGREE: B.A. SEAL (Bachelor of Arts in Social & Economic Administration and Law) from Pondicherry University & Licence AES (Licence - Administration Économique et Sociale) from the University of Paris- 1, Pantheon-Sorbonne, France.

Eligibility

Admission to this SEAL Programme is purely based on merit and the result in the All India CUET admission test organized by the NTA. The SEAL Fee Structure will be on par with the other Integrated streams in Social Sciences.
